Basic Chicken Meal for Weight Loss

Very simple, your basic diet meal for the day.

1. Grill chicken with the BBQ Rub

2. Cook brown rice in rice cooker.

3. Let everything cool.

4. Cut chicken into small cubes.

5. Measure your needed amount of chicken cubes into package.

6. Measure rice and put over chicken in package.

7. Seal package.

8. Refrigerate.

9. Re-heat package as needed and EAT!

You can take this simple meal to work or have it at home. I usually add salsa, hot sauce, a few beans, shredded lettuce, and nonfat sour cream. You can add whatever you want, just remember that what you add adds calories!
