San Jose Personal Trainers Beef Recipe with a Twist

Curriaki Beef

Neat name, EH! The blend of Coos and ground Sirloin both tastes good and is low fat/calorie. This recipe is an interesting combination of flavors that actually work well together, even though it sounds strange.

Cook 2 packages of Mediterranean Curry Coos Coos in separate pots.

Sauté one chopped onion in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil in a pot.
Add 2.5 Lbs. Lean Ground Sirloin and cook until done.
Drain all fat in a strainer and return to pot.

Add: salt & pepper
1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Garlic
1 Tbsp Grated Fresh Ginger
4 Tbsp. Prepared Teriyaki Sauce

Heat up this mixture and add both pots of Coos Coos then mix together well.
Serving size depends on your caloric needs. My recommendation would be for 1 2/3 Cups for men and 1 to 1 1/4 Cups for women. These would be recommendations for fat loss dieting.
