Flank Steak Stewers-
This one is simple, low-fat, and great tasting!
Did I mention easy?
- 1 Flank Steak - still partially frozen
- 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/2 cup Beer
- 1 tsp. Powdered Ginger
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper (fresh cracked)
- 2 tbs. Honey
Slice flank steak at a 45 degree angle very thin.
Marinade in the other ingredients. Skewer loosely
and grill quickly over high heat.
Serve over brown rice.
