Meet our Team!
We work very closely as a team here at Prime Physique Fitness, so you’ll probably meet and work with each of our team at some point while you’re working out. The program you are given to train with remains exactly the same, and will change every 4-6 weeks - regardless of who the fitness coach you are working out with is.

Brett A. Riesenhuber - Owner & Founder, Program Designer, Lead Fitness Coach, Certified Boot Camp Instructor

Brett earned a Bachelor’s degree in Movement Science from San Jose State University in 1994 and is a certified Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Corrective Exercise professional. He is also a certified Russian kettlebell instructor and has been certified as a TRX Suspension trainer. He is also a certified Adventure Boot Camp instructor.
Brett struggled with weight issues himself growing up and became passionate about fitness early on while he was a student at San Diego State University, he realized his true calling was fitness and returned home to Los Gatos to follow his heart.
In 1997, he opened his own gym, Prime Physique Fitness Specialists in San Jose, CA. Now one of the most respected fitness coach’s in the Bay Area, he has won the San Jose Mercury News ‘Personal Trainer of the Year’ Award in 2010 and voted ‘Number One Personal Trainer’ in Campbell, Cambrian and Willow Glen by the Campbell Times in 2008 & 2010, and in 2009, Prime Physique Fitness was voted ‘The Best of Silicon Valley’ by the Metro.
Today, Prime Physique Fitness specializes and takes pride in programs that help busy people “create a more fulfilling experience of life by assisting them to discover undying passion for a balanced life!”
