Turkey Pita-
This is a new creation of mine, and is great for taking with you on a trip and easy to prepare. Pitta bread 4 C. Turkey meat - cubed 1/2 C. Nonfat Sour Cream 1/2 C. Nonfat Yogurt 1 tsp. Dill 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 C. Red Onion - thinly sliced 1 Chopped Cucumber - seeded 1/2 Tsp. Fresh garlic - minced 1/2 Tsp. Pepper 2 Drops Worschersticire Sauce 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice 1/4 C. Goat Cheese Combine all ingredients except the turkey and mix well. Add turkey. Spoon into pitta bread with lettuce and tomato.
